Award of Contract for Design & Drawing

Approval of Contact and Payment of 50% Design Charges
Works Contract Quotation & Approval

Quotation and approval for work contract as per the finalised design drawing from the client
Execution Planning & Mobilisation

Release of Advance along with W/O. Labour and Material Movement.
Project Mangement & Reporting

Project management and reporting to client on work progress regularly.
Start of Work on Site as per approved drawings
